NASEO and the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) will host a virtual workshop, Mobilizing Private Capital for State Energy Financing, on September 23, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET. This three-hour workshop will bring together State and Territory Energy Offices and other state agencies to explore practical strategies for partnering with private capital providers, including structuring deals that meet federal requirements, designing data-sharing and reporting workflows, and learning from states with existing partnerships.
