NASEO is launching a State Critical Minerals & Materials Working Group to help states advance domestic critical mineral and material processing, recovery, recycling, and supply chain development, and support economic development and industry growth in the critical minerals space. The Working Group will work to align state efforts with relevant federal initiatives and executive orders, ensuring State Energy Offices are positioned to leverage federal programs and priorities and support industry. States and NASEO Affiliate Partners are invited to join this Working Group Kickoff Meeting to refine goals and scope of the Working Group, and discuss next steps.
