To support State and Territory Energy Offices interested in engaging and partnering with Tribal Nations, NASEO launched a Tribal Coordination Working Group whose objectives are to: increase understanding of state and federal initiatives and activities supporting tribal energy priorities; offer best practice guidance for State Energy Offices interested in engaging and coordinating with tribal partners; and highlight opportunities for State Energy Offices to support tribal energy improvements. The Working Group is open to all State and Territory Energy Offices, interested U.S. Department of Energy staff, and invited guests. The Working Group convenes virtually on a monthly basis.
