NASEO’s Financing Committee will host a discussion on Thursday, April 9 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET, on the newly released Program-in-a-Box on Designing State Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) Programs to Reduce Energy Costs for K-12 Schools. This Program-in-a-Box serves as a resource to support State and Territory Energy Offices and their partners in designing and implementing ESPC programs for K-12 schools. This resource packages sample documents, templates, and guidance materials to help streamline program design, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and project implementation for school-focused ESPC efforts. The Committee call will feature representatives from Arkansas, New Mexico, and Virginia – the three states highlighted in the Program-in-a-Box. Each state will share insights on their ESPC programs, including opportunities, challenges, and lessons learned. To register for this call, please click here. Please contact Sam Cramer (scramer@naseo.org) or Kaitlyn McBride (kmcbride@naseo.org) with any questions.
