NCEP 2026 Annual Meeting: Collaborative Responses to Load Growth

The National Council on Electricity Policy (NCEP) is a collaborative forum for state-level electricity decision-makers to share perspectives and learn from one another. The NCEP membership organizations are NASEO, the National Governors Association, the National Conference of State Legislatures, the National Association of Clean Air Agencies, the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates, and the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. 

The NCEP 2026 Annual Meeting, held May 5-6, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina, will focus on developing a "NCEP Framework for Successful Collaboration on Load Growth” – a tool that will document actionable approaches to the challenges of unprecedented load growth. Hotel Room Block:
The NCEP 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District, 415 Meeting Street, Charleston, South Carolina, 29403. Hotel reservations can be made online through the hotel room block.

Travel Stipends:
Limited travel stipends will be available to State and Territory Energy Offices upon request. If you require travel assistance, please request when registering and wait to hear from NASEO before making travel arrangements.
