NASEO and the Smart Surfaces Coalition will host a meeting highlighting three new analytical tools designed to help state and local leaders evaluate and implement Smart Surfaces technologies, which include cool roofs and walls, cool and permeable pavements, rooftop and canopy solar, green stormwater infrastructure, and trees. This meeting will include demonstrations of the Decision Support Tool, Benefit-Cost Analysis Tool, and Smart Surfaces Policy Tracker, each offering actionable data and insights to support resilient and energy-efficient infrastructure development.
