On Thursday, August 28 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET, NASEO and Idaho National Laboratory (INL) will host a kickoff meeting for a working group focused on energy system supply chain digital assurance and cybersecurity. INL has developed a Technical Assistance for Digital Assurance (TADA) program to assist states with developing best practices and security controls into their plans, projects, and policies. INL, with NASEO support, will be providing small working group and individual technical assistance at no cost to interested State and Territory Energy Offices.

State and Territory Energy Offices will benefit by having access to tailored, peer-reviewed resources and training. This will help with adoption of digital assurance and cybersecurity best practices in formal state plans, policies, and programs. WG participants will receive direct TA in a small group setting, which may include hands-on virtual trainings, presentations, and/or live resource reviews.
