NASEO will host a State and Territory Energy Offices only call with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER) to discuss the State Energy Security Plans (SESP) submission and guidance for the Governor’s Certification Letter. CESER will provide an overview of the process for SESP submission, guidance on Governor’s SESP Certification Letter, and answer questions states may have. We encourage all states and territories to participate in this call.
