The NASEO Residential Energy Efficiency and Beneficial Electrification Taskforce invites State and Territory Offices to monthly discussions on Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole-House Rebates (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR). NASEO will provide summaries of regional calls, state timelines, and relevant updates from the U.S. Department of Energy. States will be invited to present to peers on program design decisions.
