The NASEO Residential Energy Efficiency and Beneficial Electrification Taskforce invites State and Territory Offices to join a discussion on home energy rebate programs, HOMES and HEEHR. Updates will be provided on key subjects from regional calls, state timelines for program design and launch, and relevant updates and changes from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP). This month, a representative from SCEP will be providing insight on federal payment reimbursement and how to drawdown program funds in accordance with 2 CFR 200.305.
