BIOS:

Shari Rauls is a Sustainability Consultant at Steven Winter Associates focusing on program certifications such as Passive House, LEED for Homes, ENERGY STAR, and HERS ratings. She is a PHIUS Verifier, LEED for Homes AP, and HERS Rater. Shari has a background that includes engineering, architecture, energy modeling and onsite construction management. This combination allows her to support sustainable projects holistically through design reviews and consulting, on site construction inspections and building performance testing.

Adin Maynard is a partner with Power House Energy Consulting in Western MA. As a Rater and consultant, he focuses on high performance and multi family projects. Adin provides value to clients on real world build-ability and livability, in addition to achieving modeled energy performance goals. He is especially passionate about IAQ and has just started a podcast on home electrification called Wired for Tomorrow.
