NASEO, together with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is hosting a training for state and territory agency staff on the Davis Bacon Act (DBA) and the LCPtracker, a third-party DBA electronic payroll compliance software system. DOE is providing access to LCPtracker for funding recipients of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) at no cost. During this webinar, DOE will provide an overview of the DBA, how to sign up for the LCPtracker, and what requirements flow down to subawardees. Please register for this webinar here by July 9, and please include any questions you might have in advance with your registration. This training is part of the monthly meeting of the DOE-NASEO Grid Resilience Grant Implementation Cohort; however, this webinar is open to all state and territory staff.
