NOMAD is a mobile energy storage system designed to reduce cost, increase resiliency, and improve access to clean energy. The system can be deployed during blue and black sky scenarios and support a variety of applications including electric vehicle charging. This webinar will allow State Energy Offices to better understand the capabilities of mobile energy storage and how it can support their own programmatic and policy initiatives around clean energy and energy security. Speakers from NOMAD and Green Mountain Power (GMP) will share a technological overview and how GMP is leveraging the mobile energy storage system in Vermont to benefit their local communities. Following presentations from NOMAD and GMP, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss some of the opportunities afforded by mobile energy storage. Please register for the webinar here, and reach out to Kelsey Jones (kjones@naseo.org) and Sarah Trent (strent@naseo.org) with any questions.
