The U.S. Department of Energy Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) will present on the workflows, application programing interfaces (APIs), and other tools that are in development to support State and Territory Energy Offices in the management of Home Energy Performance-Based Whole-House Rebates Program (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEERH), including reporting and tracking methods.
