NASEO will host a briefing on the implications of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) tax incentives for commercial real estate. The briefing will feature a briefing from Duane Desiderio of the Real Estate Roundtable, followed by a question and answer session for participating State, Territory, and Affiliate members. The Real Estate Round table has created fact sheets on the IRA tax incentives which are updated as the Internal Revenue Service releases additional information.
