This call will provide an overview of the Administrative and Legal Requirements Document (ALRD) that is currently available to State and Territory Energy Offices to access administrative funds for the Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole House Rebates (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebates (HEEHR) programs. The call will also introduce optional topical calls that will begin in April and continue through early summer designed to assist states in setting goals and targeting funds for greatest impact, and to prepare future applications for the full rebate amounts.
