Austin is an Engineer and HERS® Rater based out of Austin, Texas. Austin is the Senior Engineer at BRAYN Consulting where he helps single family and multifamily builders who want to reach 45L and Energy Star certification. He is a member of Leadership Austin. He is a Schnauzer enthusiast and opportunistic napper.

Elizabeth Sanfelippo, Senior Engineering Associate at BRAYN Consulting

Elizabeth (aka Biz) is a HERS® Rater based out of Birmingham, AL.  She is a Senior Engineering Associate at BRAYN Consulting working on 45L and Energy Star/ZERH.  She is actively involved in her city neighborhood association, National Association of Women in Construction, Birmingham Women Leaders, and RESNET’s Emerging Leadership Council. When she is not working on house projects, she enjoys watching first responder dramas with her husband, two rescue dogs, and adopted cat.
