The Data-Driven Smart Buildings Symposium aims to provide a venue for national and international researchers, and practitioners in the field, to share their experience and learnings of data-driven management of buildings.Topics of relevance include 

• Fault detection and diagnosis
• Data-driven building optimisation and/or electricity grid optimisation
• Data-driven measurement and verification
• Digital infrastructure and software tools for hosting data-driven analytics
• Data management and data governance
• Smart building applications and value proposition
• Data collection and data sets

Presentations will include aspects relating to (i) algorithm development and testing (ii) solution deployment and case studies, (iii) planning and policy measures for accelerating adoption, (iv) occupant and/or stakeholder surveys, through to (iv) techno-economic feasibility and business models.
