Meagan Madden has been with Xcel Energy for 8 years, with an educational background in business administration and advertising. She has worked on both the Energy Efficiency and Demand Management groups within Xcel Energy and is a steering committee member for the Women’s Interest Network business resource group. Meagan has specialized experience in Data Center technologies, Residential Thermostat Programs, and Commercial and Industrial Demand Management programs and rates.

Audrey Ewen has worked in various areas of the sustainability industry over the past 15 years of her career, specifically in energy efficiency, renewables, demand response and demand management. She spent nearly 10 years at Georgia Power and moved to Colorado 3 years ago to work in energy efficiency consulting. Audrey recently joined the Xcel Energy’s Demand Management team in Jan 2022.
