The topic will be inclusion of demand flexibility (DF)/GEB and electrification in utility energy efficiency programs. Jerrylyn Huckabee, MA Department of Energy Resources (DOER), will present on “active demand management” in the state’s EE plan, including ConnectedSolutions in the Mass Save program. We will also be joined by Joan White of Vermont PUC staff, who will speak on Vermont’s work in this area of supporting electrification and DF in utility programs.
