The NASEO Building Committee will host a workshop on the allowable uses of American Rescue Plan Act (APRA) funding for K-12 schools retrofits. The session will examine opportunities to use ARPA funding, as well as earlier tranches of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) program funding (e.g., from the CARES act and supplementary allocations) to retrofit K-12 schools for improved energy performance and indoor air quality.
