ESPC Success for State and Local Governments: Measurement and Verification Resources and Principles

This one-hour webinar, presented by Berkeley Lab and the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), will showcase three resources for state and local governments from the DOE ESPC Toolkit that focus on successful measurement and verification (M&V) of ESPC projects. It also presents the State ESPC Program and Project Principles document—which was jointly produced by NASEO, the National Association of Energy Service Companies, and the Energy Services Coalition.
