This webinar will provide an overview of how PHIUS Standards have developed over time, air tightness standards and metrics, the importance of air sealing, challenges, a case study and various “do’s” & “don’ts.”

Bios:

Tony Lisanti brings over 35 years of experience including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design with an engineering firm, serving as a Maintenance Specialist and Account Executive with Con Edison of NY, Director of Energy Sales with Robison Energy and currently Managing Director at Integral Building & Design, Inc. in Nyack, NY. He has certified over 3,000 dwelling units for the EPA Energy Star Program and hundreds more for EPA Indoor airPLUS. He has also certified numerous DOE ZERH, PHIUS+ homes and completed HERS Ratings for IECC compliance. He also serves as the QA/QC Manager for PHIUS.

Mike Duclos holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He is a Certified Passive House Consultant, a PHIUS Plus Rater, a RESNET Certified Green Rater, an ITC Certified Building Science Thermographer, is a founder of Passive House Mass., and is a founder and on the board of directors of Energy Raters of Massachusetts.
