Description: The webinar will provide an overview of the various ways a Rater can play a key role in a PHIUS Project. That role may be minimal or may be deeply involved I the process. Challenges in Rating PHIUS Projects and typical quality assurance issues to be mindful of.

Bio:Tony brings over 35 years of experience including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design with an engineering firm, serving as a Maintenance Specialist and Account Executive with Con Edison of NY, Director of Energy Sales with Robison Energy and currently Managing Director at Integral Building & Design, Inc. in Nyack, NY. He has certified over 3,000 dwelling units for the EPA Energy Star Program and hundreds more for EPA Indoor airPLUS. He has also certified numerous DOE ZERH, PHIUS+ homes and completed HERS Ratings for IECC compliance. He also serves as the QA/QC Manager for PHIUS.
