Roof restorations continue to increase in popularity and are an exceptional alternative to roof replacements for ESCOs and other contractors developing HVAC upgrade projects. While roofs are generally a small part of the overall project, they can cause major issues if not properly handled. This course will highlight how roof restorations can remove a lot of the risk associated with roof replacements as well as offer a cost effective and energy efficient solution that is less intrusive to the building occupants.
