Ekotrope will present on a couple different topics but all around new features and that are coming to our application (both to the utility rebate submission tools as well as the traditional RATER functions). These would give the raters a good understanding of the direction RATER is moving, what to look forward to in the future, and allow them to provide feedback on these features at an early stage of development.

Jacob Kamen is an Account Manager at Ekotrope, a software company that makes the most widely used HERS Rating software solution and a suite of advanced residential analysis tools. Jacob joined the Ekotrope team after spending time at Bosch, researching and designing cooling technologies for electric vehicles. As a mechanical engineer by training, Jacob prides himself on solving both clients' business and technical challenges and has worked closely with numerous stakeholders in the RESNET HERS industry. He is also a member of RESNET's Emerging Leadership Council and has presented at previous RESNET conferences.

David Pedrick is a Product Manager at Ekotrope, a software company that makes the most widely used HERS Rating software solution and a suite of advanced residential analysis tools. David works with users of Ekotrope RATER to identify new features that would bring additional value to them through increasing their capabilities or improve the efficiency with which they complete their work. David joined the Ekotrope team after working at Southface Energy Institute in Atlanta, GA. At Southface, David served as the QAD and HERS Provider Manager as well as providing land use, affordable housing, and green building consulting services.
