On January 21, 2021 at 3:00 pm ET, NASEO’s Financing and Buildings Committees will jointly host a discussion on technologies that can improve the air quality in buildings, and financing mechanisms that building owners can use to pay for those improvements. COVID-19 has illustrated the impact that indoor air quality can have on tenant health outcomes. Improvements to a building’s system can be expensive, and building owners may need to leverage private capital in order to pay for them. This call will provide a discussion on financing methods building owners can use to implement air quality improvements
