HouseRater is an industry-leading, cloud-based software tool that will streamline your rating process and save you significant time/rating through its scheduling, mobile data collection, and reporting tools. HouseRater is XML-based, which means you can prepopulate your inspection data fields from the energy model you create in REM/Rate or Ekotrope. You’re also able to export the updated XML back out of HouseRater and back into REM/Rate or Ekotrope. Data collected in the field using an iPad transfers seamlessly back to web through the cloud, eliminating duplicate entry. HouseRater allows you to schedule your inspections and generate and send inspection reports upon completion directly though the app. All of your project data, customer contact information, and files and photos related to a project are indefinitely stored on HouseRater’s servers.

Presenter Bios:

Erik Straite: Erik has been on the HouseRater team for a year and a half and handles business development, training, and customer relationship management. Before that, he worked for 3 years at HouseRater’s sister company, Residential Science Resources (RSR), working on utility audits.

Michael Resech: Mike has been with RSR and HouseRater for six years and is the product manager for HouseRater. He leads the development team as they design and implement new software tools and provides the technical background for the group. Before joining HouseRater, he performed and managed fenestration testing and certification.
