Building-to-Grid is the next frontier in Smart Buildings. It can provide new opportunities to save energy and other costs for building owners, operators and utilities. It will also require significant shifts in customer demand, technology, policy and regulation, and business models. This course will explore what an increasingly dynamic and intelligent building stock looks like. It will also discuss how ESCOs and other energy service providers can move beyond the traditional performance contracting model to deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions to building owners and operators.
