The discussion will include topics related to the renewable energy transition, including an assessment of the diverse literature base specifically looking at projects such as the Renewable Energy Futures Study at NREL. We will review specific examples of renewable projects within the Black Hills Energy – Colorado Electric service territory, and finally will discuss the grid modernization efforts necessary to facilitate such renewable energy transitions
