Bio:

Billy Giblin has worked in the high-performance building and energy efficiency industry for over eleven years and is in his second year with the RESNET QA Team. Collaboration, multi-directional learning and mentoring have been central themes throughout his years as utility program QA staff, HERS rater and QAD, LEED Green Rater and QAD, NGBS Green Verifier, and in his life before that as an outdoor educator and guide.
