NASEO hosted a webinar to update State and Territory Energy Offices on regulatory changes to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) as directed by the Reliable Home Heating Act.  In conjunction with these changes, NASEO has also updated its guidance on the application and implementation of waivers of the safety rules to respond to energy emergencies.
