Barry Goldstein
Barry Goldstein is Executive Director for South Australia's Energy Resources Division (ERD) within the Dept. for State Development (DSD). Barry leads a team of geoscientists, engineers, licensing and royalty specialists, and support staff responsible for simultaneously sustaining trust with the public and industry. The team is focused on the design and delivery of policies regulation and investment attraction that drive resource projects to meet community expectations for net outcomes. The ERD team is also responsible for developing policies for auditing and collecting resource royalties. Barry further serves on several national (Australian) government committees focused on the deployment of leading practice regulation, the direction of research and investment attraction for petroleum, geothermal energy, and greenhouse gas storage - providing advice to State, Territory and Commonwealth Minerals and Energy Resource Ministers.

James Mraz
James Mraz is Associate at Invest in South Australia, He joined Invest in South Australia in late 2012 after nine years in commercial roles including Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Strategy, Project Management and Accounting across a range of sectors. The Invest in South Australia team helps investors discover and pursue opportunities in the state. The team is dedicated to promoting South Australia's $100 billion development pipeline to the Australian and global investment community.

Edward Morse
Edward Morse is Chair, Energy Forum Advisory Board and Managing Director and Global Head of Commodity Research, Citigroup. Formerly Head of Commodity Research for Credit Suisse,  Chief Economist, LCM Commodities and Managing Director and Chief Energy Economist for Lehman Brothers, his career in the energy sector spans more than two decades and includes senior positions in business, government, academia and publishing. Dr. Morse earned his doctorate in politics at Princeton University and his master’s degree at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
