The EPA has issued a new guide on how local governments can employ CHP as part of greenhouse gas reduction programs. The guide is a part of a Local Government Climate and Energy Strategy Series on GHG reduction options. It covers project benefits, policy mechanisms, investments, key stakeholders, foundations for project development, and project implementation strategies. The Guide also features over 50 examples of successful community CHP programs that highlight achievable results.
