The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) invites you to participate in webinar to review and discuss NASEO's Guidance for States on Petroleum Shortage Response Planning. The guide was developed to assist states assist states in updating their energy assurance plans. During the webinar NASEO will provide an in depth review of the programs and measures addressed in the guidance and discuss how these can be incorporated into the petroleum sections of state's energy assurance plans and develop more comprehensive fuel shortage plans. In addition, NASEO will discuss how states can work to develop more regionally consistent programs and measures to support multi-state coordination and improved communications during a fuel shortage.
