NASEO will host an in-depth webinar focused on utilizing energy efficiency as a means to meet potential requirements under U.S. EPA's draft greenhouse gas emissions reduction rule for existing power plants under Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act.  NASEO members, as well as their peers from clean air agencies and public utility commissions, are encouraged to attend.  The webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. ET.
