NASEO invites you to join a webinar to share your state’s perspective with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as they embark upon setting a standard and guidelines for compliance for greenhouse gas emissions for existing power plants under Section 111d of the Clean Air Act.  The EPA is currently soliciting input as they determine what the standard should be and develop guidelines for compliance.  EPA will provide an overview of their process and pose a series of questions to participants (attached).  Participants are encouraged to provide the EPA with suggestions for compliance strategies and share concerns from the perspective of a State Energy Office.
