This discussion will build off of the September 2013 session by featuring an in-depth update from committee co-chair Jeff Pitkin, Treasurer of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Members will learn about the mechanics of the Qualified Energy Conservation Bond (QECB) issuance that enabled NYSERDA to raise $24.3 million in support of the Green Jobs-Green New York revolving loan fund, and Mr. Pitkin will provide an overview of NYSERDA’s plans to launch the New York State Green Bank.
