During this call, we will welcome a new Buildings Committee Co-Chair: Greg Guess, Director, Division of Efficiency and Conservation for the Kentucky Department of Energy Development and Independence. Additionally, NASEO staff will provide an overview of upcoming activities and key project updates (including the 2013 Annual Meeting and Getting to Zero National Forum; building energy codes; multifamily housing; and residential and community disaster recovery and rebuilding). Finally, the call will feature a presentation from Tiger Adolf, Director of Program Design and Market Development at the Building Performance Institute (BPI), who will discuss BPI’s new Home Energy Professional certifications and their impact on market growth and workforce development.
