Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) will be hosting the 2017 NEEP EM&V Forum Spring Meeting on April 27, 2017 at California University in Washington, D.C. Think of it as GPS for EM&V. With program administrators, industry, government and other stakeholders, NEEP will hear about and discuss some of the key ways that EM&V is at the intersection of technology and policy. NEEP will also explore how to get to the next generation of energy efficiency most expediently and credibly. The agenda of this spring meeting will include discussions on cost effectiveness in the Next Generation Energy Efficiency, the current Connecticut pilot project testing M&V 2.0 as an evaluation tool on whole buildings, how the industry should evaluate smart thermostats, and how evaluation can inform market transformation.
