Please join the NASEO Buildings Committee for a webinar discussing potential partnership experiences and opportunities with Habitat for Humanity on March 7th, 2017 from 3:00-4:00pm ET.
You can register for the webinar here.
The opportunity is designed to introduce State Energy Offices to Habitat for Humanity, a national affordable housing organization providing low-income homeownership opportunities, and how Habitat could partner with your state in the future. Habitat has a successful history of deploying energy efficiency in newly constructed residential homes, and performing retrofits on existing homes, in geographically diverse low-income communities.
The webinar will feature case studies of recent Habitat new construction projects in multiple states that could potentially be partnership opportunities for States, along with exploring ideas on how to engage in joint state-level education efforts to support and expand residential energy efficiency.
Registration is open. Please contact Todd Sims at NASEO with any questions at tsims@naseo.org.
