This discussion continued the committee's previous coverage on revolving loan funds (RLFs). It featured Nebraska's Dollar and Energy Savings Loan Fund, a loan participation program. NASEO will also use this call as an opportunity to collect states' input on NASEO's ongoing and upcoming initiatives in financing, including information and events that we are developing.
