As many of you are aware, RESNET is proposing significant changes to the HERS rating quality assurance oversight standard. The proposed changes were issued on February 23, 2016 for comment. The comment period closes on April 25, 2016.  As this will have a real impact on every rater and rating organization, I would strongly encourage you to review the proposed amendments and submit comments on behalf of your individual organization.  There are links below to the proposed amendments (in redline format) and to the online comment form.
