On this call, committee members discussed the various program design and administration models that State Energy Offices have used for their energy Revolving Loan Funds (RLFs). Examples from across the country highlighted options for in-house RLF management, third-party administration, and innovative partnerships with lenders and financial institutions. NASEO also shared the results from the financing program survey that State Energy Offices provided data and input into earlier this year.
