NASEO’s Transportation Committee will hold its next call on Thursday, July 25 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET.  This call will provide NASEO members with an update on the work being performed under NASEO’s initiative, Unlocking Private Sector Financing for Alternative Fuel Vehicles and Fueling Infrastructure .  NASEO’s partners in this effort, the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) and the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), will present their research and solicit feedback to incorporate into their work as the project progresses.  C2ES is currently focused on identifying the barriers to widespread investment in alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure while VEIC has been examining utilities’ treatment of electric vehicles in integrated resource plans.  This project will be one of the primary focuses of the Transportation Committee over the next two years.
