EPA has announced a series of four calls to gather stakeholder input on the Clean Energy Incentive Program (CEIP). The CEIP is a component of the Clean Power Plan designed to provide additional incentives for early investment in wind and solar power projects as well as for energy efficiency measures implemented in low-income communities.

One of these calls is focused on gathering input from states and tribes:
