The call will include a summary of a recent report from the Maryland Energy Administration, "Getting to 'Yes' for Energy Efficiency." Additionally, we will highlight efforts in two states, Colorado and Alabama, to educate real estate stakeholders on energy efficiency valuation and appraisal. The energy offices in these states will discuss residential programs and partnerships designed to engage realtors, appraisers, home inspectors, and lenders on “selling” energy efficiency to prospective home buyers. Please contact Sandy Fazeli (sfazeli@naseo.org) with questions.
