The Financing Committee convened in-person as part of NASEO's 2015 Energy Policy Outlook conference, held February 2015 in Washington, D.C. This meeting featured a discussion on key financing challenges and opportunities identified by State Energy Offices, including bond finance and Davis Bacon/Buy American program compliance issues.
