New Jersey began requiring the 2015 IECC for homes permitted after March 21st of this year, and across NEHERS territory this latest and greatest energy code is being implemented. Vermont’s energy code is based on it, and New York will be adopting it in October of this year. This webinar will explore the first 6 months of the 2015 IECC’s use in NJ from the perspective of a Rating Company. What we’re seeing from builders, how the code officials are handling it, and some thoughts on what Raters should be doing and looking out for in order to best navigate their part of the process.
